"I'd been with Aman Sehgal's State Farm Agency for years, so when a routine renewal turned into a multi-thousand-dollar overbilling mess, I expected urgency and ownership. Instead I got apathy and confusion. Mistakes happen; indifference to them is the real problem.

The one bright spot was Laura. She untangled the overbilling, went the extra mile to make sure it was actually resolved, and kept me reassured every step of the way. Her clear, empathetic communication is exactly what was missing everywhere else.

My advice: double-check your bills. When things go wrong you want someone like Laura in your corner — but you shouldn't have to hop up and down to get a problem treated with urgency when it shouldn't have happened in the first place."
